Terms & Conditions

• Lifetime (pinned as) Rank as of March 2017 will be the baseline for rank advancement for the US, Canada, Mexico, Hong Kong, Australia, Netherlands and Great Britain.
• March 2017 volume will serve as the baseline for volume growth for all participating markets.
• Must be a Pro 3 or higher to start earning points for growing your business outside the largest leg(s). The month that you achieve Pro 3 will serve as your baseline month. Points for increasing your business outside the largest leg(s) will begin accruing the month following your advancement to Pro 3.
• Existing Elites who have not been “Paid As” an Elite within the last 6 months (October-March) can qualify to attend the Elite Retreat by being “Paid As” an Elite Rank three times during the qualification period. (Qualification period April, 2017 through January, 2018)
• Advance to Pro 7 and be “Paid As” Pro 7 three times total during the qualification period to attend the Elite Retreat.
• 600-point cap for Event Promotional bundle purchases per distributorship during the qualification period.
• You will be awarded maintenance points each month your personally enrolled distributor(s) maintain their new rank advancement during the qualification period.
• A Leg is defined as: The Organizational Volume (OV) derived from distributors who are placed in your downline. Distributors can be placed directly by you or placed there by an upline Distributor.
• If a Distributor upgrades to a Platinum Pack during the qualification period, the qualifying threshold will become 2700 points.
• Promotion is only open to Distributors.
• LifeVantage Incentive Policy: All LifeVantage incentive trips are always based on 2 individuals per position (unless otherwise indicated). This would include the individual listed on the account plus a guest. Many times, this would include a spouse. It could also include a business partner. If there are multiple names on an account other individuals that hold a partnership on that account would have the potential of purchasing access to these trips through LifeVantage.
• Qualifying positions are non-transferable and are only valid for those listed on the account.
• Flights will be reimbursed based on the actual cost, but will not exceed the earned $600 ($1200 per distributorship).
• An enrollment order cannot be placed by the personal sponsor.
• If orders are returned during the qualification period, points will be deducted.
• Distributorship must be in good standing in order to participate in the promotion.
• Eligible participants certify and acknowledge that they don’t have claims tied to other promotions (release of claims).
• No substitute or cash equivalent will be rewarded if the trip is not redeemed.
• Business Centers 2 and 3 are eligible for the Incentive Trip. However, only one prize in total can be earned from a distributor who currently has 3 business centers. Only one Business Center can attend.
• This promotion may be modified or cancelled at any time at the sole discretion of LifeVantage Corporation or its affiliates without any advanced notice to Distributors.
• LifeVantage reserves the right to change the promotion at any time, interpret the rules of the promotion, and has final decision in the event any disputes regarding the qualification requirements and inclusions.

Japan Only

• The highest achieved Paid Rank between January 2017 and March 2017 will serve as the baseline Rank Advancement for Japan.
• Japan Distributors must be “Paid As” Pro 4 or higher at least four times during the qualification period.
